Cucumber raita


Raita is a condiment, originating from India. Our version is made by mixing soya based yoghurt, grated cucumber, chopped mint, garlic and cayenne pepper. Please note, this dish is suitable for vegetarian, plant based, gluten free and lactose free diets.
