Gnocchi, Roast Butternut Squash and Sage Butter


Gnocchi are a variety of Italian pasta of thick, small, and soft dough dumplings made from wheat flour, potato and rice flour, roasted butternut squash, onion, garlic coated in a plant based butter flavoured with sage Please note, this dish is suitable for vegetarian, plant-based and lactose-free diets.
